Post/Page Editor window – always maximum width

Hi – is anyone else having issues with how the editor window displays since the last update. My window has no margins/padding at all in the editor view, with text starting on the edge of the screen (left) and finishing right up against the post/block sidebar. It still displays properly on the front end, but is just a pain in the backend when working on a post.
