posts on start page, turn over possible?

Hi there,
I’ve set my start page to show the latest posts. However, I cannot find a way to have that “turn page” at the end of the site, when there a more posts than set to display.
Like it does here: *Login to see link
I cannot import that demo content as it would delete everything I’ve set up so far, correct? And that’d be a nightmare…
Any help is appreciated, as I’m totally clueless.
