Premium Slider Downloads Broken? - Kadence Support Forums

Hello there,

I upgraded to Virtue Premium this morning and have been trying to check out the premium features but am running into some issues. For this post, it is regarding the three additional sliders offered with the premium theme (Cyclone, Kadence, and Revolution). I downloaded each of them, and then on trying to install them, for each I get an error message like this:

Downloading install package from *Login to see link
Download failed. Not Found

I increased my upload file size to 30M earlier today, but would think if the file size were the issue it would have given me an error to that effect. But I can’t be sure since I can’t figure out where the original download links were trying to take me, since it has changed to “Install” on the “Install Suggested Plugins” page. Suggestions on how to proceed?
