Premium theme – not in wordpress.org repository?

Just wanted to clarify something with you please. I have installed the Wordfence security plug in on my site and ticked the option to “Scan theme files against repository versions for changes”. Once the site is live I will be handing it over to a client. I spotted today however that Wordfence has not updated the premium virtue theme in my site to the 2.7.4 version which has just been released. I then checked the wordpress.org repository and see that the premium version is NOT listed in there – just the free one. Is that correct? If so then is the only way to keep the premium theme on my site up to date in the future down (and any others I use it in) to me regularly checking the wordpress dashboard for updates?
