PrettyPhoto & Magnific Popup show up both!

Such a strange thing, but for some reason I have both PrettyPhoto as Magnific Popup showing up when clicking product photos on a single product page. I read on the forum that about 1-2 years ago PrettyPhoto was replaced by the new slider cause of faster loading time. But on my shop they both show up still.
This is probably something really stupid of mine but I can’t find the issue on my site. I’ve checked all the settings. PrettyPhoto seems to come from pinnacle and Magnific Popup from Cyclone slider…
Love to hear how to keep just one! I prefer Magnific Popup cause that one sees the entire photo gallery. Pretty Photo only sees 1 photo so there is no next button…
