Primary Menu Bottom Alignment

Hello,

My website. I’d like the Primary Menu (About/Blog/FAQ/etc.) to align towards the bottom of the header, rather than in the middle.

I’ve already adjusted the Primary Menu spacing (in Main Settings) so that the top spacing is the maximum and the bottom spacing is the minimum. But, I think because my logo image is larger than average, this is making no difference.

Is there some CSS I can use to move my Primary Menu down about 50px?

Thank you very much for your help.
