primary menu for ipads and tablets

I am using the Kadence slider with the option to “move slider above header” and I have the primary menu as part of the header which is great – but on my ipad I only get the mobile menu which is the small black Menu with little lines. I don’t mind that on cell phones but on ipads, tablets and larger mobile devices I would like the primary menu and header to show up. Is there a way to achieve this please?
