Primary menu looks different on mac / pc

I would like the primary menu and logo to stay on one line no matter which browser is used. It looks fine on my mac, but on client’s pc, menu goes to second line even though the browser is maximized. The link is *Login to see link
Also, when I set page to sidebar and then use a widget sidebar, the footer moves into the body of the webpage. I don’t have any pages set to sidebar at the moment.
