privacy consent on contact form

Hi guys, apologies in advance as I am probably being dumb here! On my own main site (spottypenguin.com) I have the checkbox to consent on the contact form but on a customer’s website I just can’t get it to show (www.groveparkcarnival.co.uk). I have been to Settings>Priacy but just can’t find where else I need to go.
