Problem displaying latest blog posts

For this website, I used to display the latest blog posts in the frontpage using the home layout theme option.
Since I haven’t updated content on it for a while, I didn’t notice that most posts are now showing in the front anymore.
Considering I didn’t change categories or anything related, what am I possibly doing wrong?
