problem with footer virtue theme template

Hi,
I am having issues with the footer .
As soon as I want to use it, it does not do what it is intended for.
for instance: If i want to change the footer format from 4 spaces to 2 spaces, it does not do it.
when I am on 4 spaces and I want to install a plug-in in the 4th space, it ends up in the 1st space.
Once the plug-in is installed in any place in the footer and that I want to erase it from the footer, it cannot be deleted,
and when I go on the website , the plug-in still appears and when i click on the plug-in, it shows ERROR 404.
When i go to the wordpress dashboard and I go to the edit window and that i also go to the footer.php, here is what is written.
