problem with hosting

Hi I just bought the Premium Pinnacle Theme. Now I have problem with my hosting that ever since I activate the theme it block access to my IP. The rest of the public can see it find. According to the tech support it is a mod sec issue and because of something inside the theme, the server keeps blocking my IP. We tried to delete and reinstall. It was going just fine when i use the Free version. Please help. Thank you.
