Hi there, I’ve searched for this for hours with no luck, I know this is not Virtue and is related to woocommerce functionality, but I’m really stuck and have only posted because of that.

We sell to our home country of New Zealand with 15% tax (called GST):
– Price display suffix is set to INCL GST
– Tax Setting is Display prices including Tax
– Default customer location is set to Shop Base Address
– Tax is setup as STANDARD, one entry NZ, 15.0000 Tax Name GST | one entry as *, 0.0000, name ZERO TAX
– The product in question has STANDARD TAX selected
– I have tried removing that 2nd line and setting it up in the zero tax class, and also having it in both.
– A plugin called Woo Discount Rules manages a price break based on quantity

Arriving at the store, GST is calculated and shown correctly right through to the end of checkout
However if a visitors enters an address for outside NZ (we sell to the world), then the GST price amount disappears correctly.
However, if the visitor now does not complete the sale on the checkout page and returns to the cart OR the product, it correctly displays the zero tax price but has the price suffix notation on both pages of “INCL GST”.
Despite spending hours on this, I can find no way to get the suffix AND the (includes xx.xx GST) notations to recognise the tax state of the order.

The majority of our customers are NZ, and prices have to be shown GST included. For the non-NZ buyer everything works except swapping the labels, the tax rate name just doesn’t do it.

Have you come across this problem, and would you have any ideas on how to fix it?

Thank you, John
