Problems with upgrade from free to premium acend theme

Hi,
I’ve recently upgraded from the free Ascend theme to the premium theme. For some reason it looks like all the upgrade options haven’t come over, for example the KT extra gallery settings dont seem to be availble. There may well be others that I haven’t as yet come across. Any advice on how I can address this?
