Product and service shop

Hi,
I wanted my store to have Products, Services and a Donation (for charity projects which will be clickable – people can view them, watch videos about it and see progress for each charity project).
The service bit would be on demand service for hiring an online priest or booking an actual hindu priest.
I was wondering how to do this. Will I need to set up an additional shop page for service and donation? So that each project/ service can be like a product within it? and service/product details can be listed as the product descriptions are
Do you have any other ideas regarding how I can do this?
