Product boxes overlapping

We’ve been using Virtue Premium for a while now and it’s been great, but we recently switched from Ecwid to WooCommerce and are having some display problems. The boxes on the products pages are overlapping each other, until you refresh the page, then it’s goes back to normal. It doesn’t seem to matter if the WooCommerce Shop is turned on in the Theme Extensions or not (it’s off right now). Is there something in the settings that is clashing?
