Product category shortcode not working

Hello,
I use the shortcode [product_categories number=”12″ parent=”0″] on a free version of Pinnacle and it is ok. And on many other websites is ok.
Same shortcode, for a premium Virtue theme, is not working on homepage (*Login to see link
I just do not understand why.
