product quatity on cart page not showing

Hi Team,
For some reason the product quantity is not showing up on my cart page see here *Login to see link
I dont know what is blocking it.
Other strange thing is that on mobile the hamburger menu is left and in my settings I set it to the right?
Hope you can help me out.
