PSD to Ascend

Hi Folks
I’m recently getting a few requests to take a design in PSD and convert it to wordpress.
My immediate thought is, ok, cut out the images, build it in Ascend, and adjust the css to try and match.
Or is that incorrect.
The one guy said I don’t care what theme system you use as long as it’s pixel perfect.
I said, well, I’ll use Kadence.
