put “UP” the home image menu & reduce size of header

HI ,
Im using the kadence slider + home image menu. = *Login to see link
Is there any solution/ css that i can make the image menu in 4 squares and set the 4 squares a little up to look like this: *Login to see link
And make the header smaller (the same size of the static header when im rolling the page down)?
