Query Card: How to adjust the height of elements?

I’m using the Query Card block to display posts, and I have the following elements inside each card: Image, Title, Description, Button.
Currently, these elements have varying heights across different posts, making the layout look uneven and messy.
For example, the button is not aligned at the bottom of each card, and other elements like the description and title also differ in height.
Is there a way to:
– Adjust the height of each element (e.g., image, title, description) so that they are consistent across all cards?
– Ensure the button is always aligned at the bottom of the card, regardless of the content length?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
