Question on changing image at top of theme on Full Bio page

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have searched this near and far and cannot find a solution. So am hoping you can help me out.
1. I have installed a free starter Kadence theme…to get a feel for Kadence and see if it works. (I do like it..just trying to sort back out!)
2. I do have Elementor Pro and Gutenberg installed, still no go to access and make the change I am trying to make.
3. My site/page is at: *Login to see link

In essence, I am trying to change the image that comes up on this page behind “Full Bio – Real Personality”. I could access “blocks” thru Gutenberg…but not the one that has lines 242 – 245 where this image is directed from the following link:

I am not certain that I can access this in the free starter option…do I need Pro?

Another thing I want to double check…while you are with me, how can I get select Blog posts on my Homepage?…if you have a “learning” location, I will definitely check it out. …Had been using GeneratePress, a course I am working through wanted us to change, so am happy to try something else. Just NEED to get things up and running as soon as possible.

Also, if you need me to make any changes from within the Theme Editor section, I can do it…just saw this was a link to the image and thought to not mess around till knew better.
