Recent update throws sidebar to rest under content

Hello. I updated to the new version of the theme and now notice the following:
Safari and IE display the sidebar to rest under the content rather than in the sidebar.
When i go to activate the Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit plug-in, I receive the following error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kad_accordion_shortcode_function() (previously declared in /home/trigodpro/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/shortcodes.php:29) in /home/trigodpro/public_html/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/shortcodes.php on line 20
Lastly all theme options have disappeared. When I select any of the dropdowns between main settings to misc. settings no options are available.
