Recover canceled orders and send link to customer

Hi
I have received an order that has been canceled because the payment solution the customer used had an error.
Now I’ve fixed the payment solution and want to inform the customer that she can now process the payment of the order.
The customer has already filled out all the necessary information that I have received on the canceled order.
It would be great to be able to send a link with order info so that the customer dont have to re-enter all info in the shopping cart.
Is this possible? Or is this a question for Woocommerce?
