Recover pages, medias, menu from SQL

Hello,
Since the upgrade of wordpress in 4.2, I had a hell o a nightmare…. php lines error, database not working, etc…
I had to remove all and do a fresh installation of WordPress and database, but the problem was still here when I used my backups. I had then to reover all but the Virtue Theme in order to get it to work correctly. Then I did a fresh intall of Virtue. Now I don’t have php errors and I can access my database.
BUT
I don’t see any pages, medias, menu or slider. I can see my pages in SQL in wp_posts. Is there a script or something to do so wordpress can see all again ?
