Reduce spacing between menus

How do I reduce the space between the main and secondary menus in Virtue Premium?
It started off fine but when I added content (photos) the spacing increased of its own accord.
Visit www/vcc-wellswark.org.nz and you will see the large gap between the two menus, which makes the page deeper than necessary and requires more scrolling.
I would like the secondary menu to be no lower than the bottom of the logo and preferably a bit higher up the page.
