Hi there. I don’t know that this is the proper place to address this. I did search but couldn’t find anywhere to really contact you guys in regards to a refund.
I decided to take the plug to the premium but find it hard to really use. The free versions was easier for me to use. Maybe it’s a lack of knowledge on my end, I’m not sure. I do consider myself an intermediate user of WP and can generally figure things out on my own or following tutorials. At this point it’s a waist of my money to pay for something I’m not going to use.
The themes are beautiful, don’t get me wrong. They’re fabulous. The pro versions just feels to be too much to figure out.
