Relative versus absolute pathname

I will be changing my website to a new name and I know that I have absolute pathnames to my old site name. I am particularly worried about the pathnames to my images. I successfully changes some of the absolute pathnames to relative pathnames, but I worry that I will miss some. I am hoping to get some advice on this transition. thank you. I use your Pinnacle Premiun Theme with some additional CSS code.
