Remove gap between .main and .aside

Hi Team,
On this page on screen widths less than 992px, there is a gap between the “Documents & Forms” button and the div.main.col-lg-9.col-md-8 above it. I can’t see what’s generating the gap and would like to remove it so that the button is closer to the carousel.
Please can you help?
