Remove hover in a carousel widget and make item title static

Hey,
I’ve added Pinnacle carousel widget through PageBuilder interface in order to display portfolio items on my home page.
At the present time :
– Only featured images are displayed through the carousel
– Hover effect uses specific border (added with custome css), primary color and makes appear portfolio item title
1) How can I remove the hover effect ?
2) How can I make the title appear in a static way ?
