Remove page titles and style

Hi,

Please advise how to remove the page title + line style displayed at the top left of each pages. I looked into the forum for the a solution but haven’t seen any similar request. My menu already have a hover color that shows which page is active so it indicates what page is displayed, that’s why I want to remove the page title.
