Remove Portfolio Sub-Categories From Breadcrumbs

I would like to remove the portfolio sub-category from my breadcrumbs trail. For example, if you go to *Login to see link the breadcrumbs trail shows Home – Projects – Education – High School – Foothill High School. Is it possible to remove “High School” from the breadcrumbs trail since there is not actually a “High School” page? I just want it to go back to the “Education” page that shows High School as one of the filters. I know it is showing because I have “High School” checked as a portfolio category, but I want to leave that checked because it is a filter on the “Education” page.
