Remove space underneath header on mobile device (not simple mobile header)

This is only on mobile devices:
<div class=”wrap clearfix contentclass hfeed” role=”document” style=”padding-top: 15px;”>
The style=”padding-top: 15px;” is causing the problem but I can’t figure out how to remove that!
