Removing "Featured News" title from custom carousel

Hello,
Is it possible remove the featured news title from the custom carousel at bottom of our homepage? We’re trying to achieve 3 static, linkable boxes to various section of the site and want them to be just below the Kadence slider w/o the title. Is it possible to remove?
If you feel there is a better way to add this linked images than custom carousel, please let me know. It was best I could see.
