resize topbar background image

Ben, I’m trying to increase the size of my topbar. I found the CSS code in the forum to increase the overall topbar size, but I want to make my topbar background image proportionally larger also. I tried:
#topbar {
height: 100px;
background-size: cover;
}
It made my topbar almost the right size, but the background image remained the same size – any suggestions?
