Revolution Slider for mobile

Hello,
I’m having issues with the revolution slider on mobile. I tried the creating an individual version for the mobile option, but it did not work. I would like to create a more to scale mobile version. Right now the content and cta on the mobile slider is looking really small.
Also on the desktop version of the slider, the button does not animate in. I currently have the buttons layer “timing and sorting” set to start at 2500 and end at 9000.
Pleas help.
