Revolution Slider images not showing up

For some reason that I can’t figure out the images are not showing up when I create a new Revolution slide show.
Here’s one examples:

The images are in the media library and will show up in other ways, like as the cover image or the featured image on the home page carousel, but they don’t show up in the slideshow. Other slideshows that were created before are working fine. But new ones won’t show the images.
Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? thanks.
