Hi Ben,

I recently upgraded to the newest version of Slider Revolution (v5.3.0.1) and noticed that the sliders are no longer visible on the main web page (www.heyvoyager.com). There is a placeholder for them but they don’t appear. Each slide can still be edited within the plugin and appear just as they did before (except the preview appears completely blank as well.

I contacted ThemePunch and they directed me to follow a few steps ( and I have gone through them but to no avail (disabling plugins to test if the slider would work, etc.)

They provided two screenshots:
1. – this shows the main page from the developer view on Chrome. It shows that they are able to see the page but I did notice the errors in the Console ‘failed to load resource’, ‘Uncaught Syntax Error’
2. – I provided admin access and this shows they were able to generate previews from within Slider Revolution.

I replied with:
– this is a screenshot from me that shows the slider as empty along with multiple errors in the console area from Chrome developer tool view:
“VM87:8 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘sliderType’ of undefined(…)”

If there is anything you can think of or recommend, please let me know. I am also more than happy to provide admin credentials if you need (I can reply with a private response).

Thank you for your time,

Ben
