Revolution slider on all pages not just home/shop page

Hi,
How can i put revolution slider on all pages, not only on homepage and shop page?
I’m searching through theme options, and can’t find it anywhere.

One more question:
How can i put current navigation something like – where am i on webpage. I think (not sure) i had that on free theme, but when upgraded to premium, it dissapierd. When you’re on some single product page it’s something like: Home / category / something…
Hope you understand, since i can’t remember how it’s called 🙂
