revolution slider with virtue theme

I was watching a tutorial and was told that I could purchase the virtue theme and gain access to the revolution slider. Is this valid? I see a slider for downloading but is it the same I see alot of posts as well about the revolution slider on this forum board. If I can access the revolution slider with my membership can you point me to the file I’ve looked pretty much every where on the page and can’t locate it. Thanks
