Scaling images to fit on a Sidebar page

I have this image, originally with 1738 x 1151 pxs
I scaled it down to 800 x 530 and uploaded it this page *Login to see link
But I still think it is too big.
What would be the ideal size in px for Sidebar pages so that I can try to either scale it down or try to get another image orientation?
