screen resolution question

HI Ben and Hannah
I generally make my sites on my laptop and test for responsive. But I don’t test for different screen sizes.
My laptop is large, but when I test it on an online tester, like

they test at 1024, but I read that most people are on 1366×768
I just sent a url list of sites all kadence and aspire to a client for a big job, and hope they see them correctly.
What is best practices now? Should I worry about smaller screen resolutions?
