Screen shuddering near footer

Hi,

I wonder if you may know how to resolve the shuddering that is occurring as I scroll down towards the footer on this website?
It happens on the homepage, and some of the sub-pages (but not all).

It stops when I deactivate the plugin Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
I have tested with all other plugins deactivated and only Page Builder activated.

All plugins and theme are up-to-date.
