Script just before /body code

I turned on the option for header, footer scripts and inserted some amazon script code there. It was working until about the 5th Feb.
Been a few updates since then to woocommerce and jetpack and other plug-ins. Now the output of the Amazon script is not showing.
Wonder if you could help.
