scrolling issues on Mac

I love this theme, but people using a Mac are saying that the scrolling is jumpy and they are not able to view it properly. Is there a way to fix this issue? or what is causing it.

It works fine on PC’s with a scroll bar, but not on a Mac. the URL is below for those who have Mac’s.
