Scrolling picture feature (Virtue Bold Child)

Hello,
first off, sorry for the title but I absolutely had no idea how you call this feature:

This picture is taken from the normal Virtue Premium theme. I´m working with the Bold Child theme now (which is pretty awesome btw.) but got no idea how to implement this “scrolling picture” feature. Is is actually possible or just a feature of the stadard Virtue Premium?
