Secondary Menu not showing up on home page?

Hello! I have a primary menu (header menu) and a secondary menu (blog menu) and I would like for them to appear at all times. However, the secondary menu is not showing up on my home page at *Login to see link – any ideas?
I’ve checked the WP menu settings as well as the menu setting inside Virtue.
