Tax rates for apparel in NY under $110 vary from 0% to 8.75%. Anything NOT clothing is fully taxed. How do I set up Virtue to charge the correct rates? I have already listed all NYS zip codes with appropriate rates for clothing. How do I set up charging tax for non apparel items?
