Settings block css not working

Hi Guys,
next thing:
row -. 2 koloms: left kolom: image: right kolom: text.
kolom 25%/75%
left kolom i have a image: 530 x354 px
rightkolom some text.
i want the text over the image for a part: see image.
when i take a look on the front end:
Theme the kadence free theme.
what im i missing, can some one help me out?
