Shifting some page content on home page to below widgets

Hi there
My home page’s content is built to display page content first, then the featured products and custom carousel widgets. I need to shift the row with three brand logos currently above the two product carousels to display below them, i.o.w. right above the footer. Because the image row falls under ‘page content’ it won’t shift below the product carousels – is there a way to change this?
